Yes! All of our saunas and cold plunge tubs come with detailed assembly instructions. Most customers complete setup within 1-3 hours.

What size sauna should I choose?
We recommend a 1-2 person sauna for personal use and a 3-4 person sauna for families or those who entertain. Contact us for personalized recommendations!

Do saunas and cold plunge tubs require special installation?
Most of our products require only a standard electrical outlet. No special plumbing or electrical work is needed for most models.

How do I maintain my sauna or cold plunge tub?
Maintenance is minimal! We recommend wiping down surfaces after each use and doing a deep clean monthly. We carry all accessories needed for maintenance.
